There will be one "all-inclusive" recital fee, and you will not be asked to pay separately for tickets, video, photos, etc... Payment is due by April 1st.

Dress Rehearsal
Friday, May 10, 2024

The Dress Rehearsal is mandatory for all Dance, Musical Theatre, and Monday Acting Class.

 3:30pm - 7:30pm*

*As specifics get finalized, details will be updated. When a student is finished with their class material, they are welcome to leave, and do not have to stay for the full Dress Rehearsal time. Dress Rehearsal will be run IN ORDER.  If your student is in the last number, they will obviously stay the full time.  If your student is finished early, they are welcome to leave.  (On Recital Day, all students and audience stay the DURATION of the recital.  Students who's numbers are toward the end of the program deserve the same size audience as those at the beginning.)

PLEASES NOTE:  Dress Rehearsal is not a drop-off experience.  One parent or guardian should plan to attend Dress Rehearsal with each student.  The only exception to this is for students 13 years old or over.  However, Dress Rehearsal is the best time for parents to get up close to the stage and take any video/pictures.  Although we will have professional Video and Pictures, some families enjoy their own footage.  The day to do this is Dress Rehearsal Day (NOT recital day).  The High School does not allow outside pictures/video to be taken ON recital day.

Recital
Saturday, May 11, 2024

Our 2024 Recital is anticipated to begin at 2:30pm.

Audience seating will be on a first come, first serve basis. (If anyone needs a spot for a Wheelchair, they need to let PA5678 know in advance.  The Theatre has 2 designated areas for Wheelchairs.)

(As recital plans get finalized, details will be given to all families.)

In an effort to adhere to Occupancy Limits, as well as following possible Covid restrictions,  each student will have a limited amount of audience  members, likely between 6-8 people.  This will be determined closer to the recital.

Students are not considered audience members, and will be accounted for separately from actual AUDIENCE members. Students will be able to sit in assigned rows (back of the audience) with their class, able to enjoy the show while not on stage.

Per our contract with The Berkeley Heights Board of Ed, "No Food, drink, cameras, or recording devices are permitted in the auditorium.  Water bottles only are allowed in the Dressing Room Areas.  Audience members are  not permitted to bring or use recording equipment during any recital.  No smoking on the property.  Pick up all trash."
